Hera was both the wife and sister of Zeus.

They had three children, Ares, Eris and Hephaestus.

Hera was jealous most of the time of Zeus and his many girlfriends. She was known as the greek goddess of marriage.

Hera was the reigning female of Olympus and was known in roman mythology as Juno.

She tried to kill Hercules as an infant, and Hera remained an ememy of Hercules.
